We begin this tour at Banyumulek village, where traditional Lombok earthenware pottery is made, followed by an optional visit to Kebun Roek traditional market in Ampenan. From there we drive northwards up the west coast to Pura Batu Bolong which is a Balinese Hindu temple built on an outcrop of black volcanic rock facing Bali across the Lombok Strait. When we arrive in Senggigi, you can browse local craft shops and visit the beach. After enjoying a delicious ‘Traditional Sasak Rijstafel’ lunch at Asmara Restaurant, we continue up the west coast to see Malimbu viewpoint, Nipah and other beautiful beaches with stunning views across to Bali, Gili Trawangan, Meno and Air. Our return journey takes us via hilly ‘Pusuk’ pass through stunning jungle, with a stop in the Monkey Forest before heading back to port.
